This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Meet a Millionaire application (“Application”).

The Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Meet a Millionaire, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using Meet a Millionaire, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

User Provided Information

The Application obtains information from you when you download, register and use the Application.

When you register with us to use the Application you provide: your gender, user name, a password and other registration information. You also confirm you are over 18. You can only use the Application once you have registered with us.

When you use the Application you provide certain profile information. You may, also, provide a photograph.

Therefore, we may collect and store personal information that can identify you, such as your photograph.

With in-app purchases through an Apple or Google account (“In-App Purchases”) you provide to third parties financial information and/or transaction-related information such as your payment method and/or debit/credit card information.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

The Application may collect information about your activity through the use of a cookie. Cookies may be assigned to your device to facilitate the service and to personalise your experience. Information collected in this way may include the screens you visit, the time and date of your visits and the links you click.

The Application may use standard Internet technology, such as web beacons and other similar technologies, to track your use of the service and to deliver or communicate with cookies. Information obtained in this manner enables us to customise the services we offer and to measure the overall effectiveness of our content, programming and other activities.

Precise Real Time Location Information

The Application uses GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine where you are located and displays a location map with such information.

Therefore, we share your current location with other users.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application. However, should you do this you will not be able to use the main features of the Application.

We store information on your location at time of registration.

Consent

By using the Application, you consent to our processing your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

"Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United Kingdom or in other countries around the world. If you reside outside the United Kingdom your information will be transferred, processed and stored under United Kingdom privacy standards.

When you provide personal information through the Application, the information may be sent to servers located in the United Kingdom or to other countries around the world.

We may use the information you provide and that we collect about you to: deliver the services that you have requested; perform research and analysis about use of the services; enforce or exercise any rights in our Terms and Conditions; manage our business; perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

With In-App Purchases through an Apple or Google account you consent to third parties: using financial information or payment method information for any purchases made on the Application; enrolling you in subscriptions in which you elect to participate; providing protection against or identification of possible fraudulent transactions; and, otherwise as needed in managing their businesses.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.

We take appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access and disclosure. We want you to feel confident using the Application. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or communications will always remain secure. Users should also take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid sending personal information through the Application.

We limit access to information to authorised employees, on a need to know basis, to operate, develop or improve our Application. Do be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain; no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

If we are involved in a substantial corporate transaction: such as sale of the business; merger; asset sale; or, in the unlikely event, bankruptcy.

Data Retention Policy

We will retain data provided by you for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected Information for up to one month and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Information you have provided via the Application, contact us at privacy@meetamillionaireapp.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.

How to Opt-Out

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.

You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

If you uninstall the Application, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Application or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties' policies.

Children’s Privacy

We restrict the use of our service to individuals age 18 and above.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information, he or she should contact us at privacy@meetamillionaireapp.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Visiting the Application From Outside the United Kingdom

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information through the Application from residents of the United Kingdom. If you are using the Application outside the United Kingdom, then you should be aware your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United Kingdom, or elsewhere in the world, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using our services, you understand your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this privacy policy.

Rights of Third Parties

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the Application.

We will from time to time update this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you check the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy regularly to inform yourself of any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
